2.1 Program Description
CleanSlate Junk Removal's SMS program sends messages related to estimate updates, appointment confirmations and reminders, service dispatch alerts, and customer service follow-ups.
2.2 How to Opt In
You may opt in to the SMS program by providing your phone number during direct telephone calls, through our website estimate requests, or when requesting service information.
By opting in, you confirm that:
- You are the account holder for the mobile number provided, or you have the account holder's permission
- You are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- You consent to receive automated text messages from CleanSlate Junk Removal at the mobile number provided
2.3 Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on your active service requests and appointments.
2.4 Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. CleanSlate Junk Removal is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
2.5 How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS program at any time. Text STOP to the number from which you are receiving messages. After you send "STOP," we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to rejoin, you may opt in again as described in Section 2.2.

2.7 Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include, but are not limited to, AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other major U.S. carriers. Carrier coverage and reliability are not guaranteed.
2.8 No Sharing of Mobile Data
We do not share, sell, or otherwise disclose your mobile opt-in information or phone number to third parties for their own marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for more details on how your information is used.
3. Use of Our Services

3.2 Account Responsibilities
If you register for any client services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanSlate Junk Removal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or SMS program, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CleanSlate Junk Removal, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
9. Termination
